first blog - garlic planting !

We're a bit late on starting this blog (and trying to learn some new tech 😅) but back on December 12/13, we used a broad fork to make two 50 foot beds and planted some garlic there.

A modest start but it's a start. We will definitely have to plant more next year but we were just happy to get it in the ground ! Moving to a new place and immediately planting is a bit of a challenge, but it's the first of many, and we got this.
